We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you're unhappy with your order.

It is the customers responsibility to return the order to us and arrange the delivery and shipping costs. We do not provide shipping labels for any returns, so please do be careful selecting your desired canvas design and size.
Once the order package has been received by us, we will then inspect the canvas for any damage or marks that may have been inflicted in your handling or during transit. We will then issue you a full refund once the checks have been completed and everything shows to be fine.
• Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the event that our products are damaged or defective or do not match the description specified in our service, you can speak to our Customer Service Representative at firstname.lastname@example.org who will be happy to offer a full refund. The easiest way to resolve defective or damaged goods is to take a few photos of the faults and attach them to email along with your name and order ID.
You may need to send the products back to StillCanvas within 28 days of receipt and you will need to notify us within 48 hours of noticing any issues so we can look further into your order for you.
It is the customers responsibility to return the canvas to us in order for us to conduct a thorough investigation to the reported issues. If we find that the products are defective, we will issue a full refund to you.
In the event that you return any products to StillCanvas in accordance with this section and StillCanvas can demonstrate that they were not faulty when received by you, StillCanvas reserves the right to refuse to offer a refund, return the products to you and to claim the cost of such return postage from you.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please be aware that we cannot offer refunds simply because you do not like the canvas, print or the size is not what you expect, so please take consideration of this before finalising your order. You can however start a return process to get a refund for your order, which will require the order to be sent back to us.
We are unable to accept direct exchanges for your canvas/order, however the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and we have issued you a refund, make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.
